Why You Should Order
Commercial real estate purchases and sales is a fast paced, changing and competitive market. For brokers, agents, owners, attorneys, and lenders the 24th annual Commercial Real Estate Purchases & Sales Conference gives the tools needed to complete successful real estate transactions. The conference begins with a thorough and intensive look at the anatomy of a purchase and sale agreement, followed by insights into seller, buyer and lender perspectives, negotiation of key issues, due diligence and buyer contingencies, financing, market trends, negotiation positions and methods plus other key issues.
Leading real estate professionals give "real world context" and application to litigation rights and remedies, sticking points in negotiating reps and warranties, ownership and capital structures, financing, special issues with foreign entity involvement, zoning and land issues, escrow and closing issues, as well as ethics.
This conference is a must for anyone who needs to make important decisions in real property purchases and sales.
