Law Seminars International Presents: A One-Day Advanced Workshop on

Complex and Mixed-Use Development Projects
Development Agreements, Easements and CCRs

(For this past program, we offer two options for purchase: a Homestudy (DVD and written materials) or written materials alone.)

March 31, 2008
Walnut Creek Marriott Hotel in Walnut Creek, CA

Who Should Order This Homestudy

Attorneys, lenders, owners, managers, brokers, real estate developers and others who are involved in real estate transactions

Why Order

This program will provide legal and practical insight on complex and mixed-use projects, including urban infill, condominium and base reuse developments. Issues arising from complex and mixed-use projects will be discussed in detail. A case study from base reuse projects in Alameda will provide a practical perspective, allowing less experienced practitioners to come up to speed quickly.

Topics to be covered include: Creating and documenting the project, entitlements, public and private partnerships, finance and title issues, CCRs and other governing documents, California Department of Real Estate requirements, and risk management, including construction defect litigation, SB 800 and insurance matters.

~Program Co-Chairs: JoAnne L. Dunec, Esq. and Christopher G. Monahan, Esq.
