Who Should Order Homestudy
All attorneys in Washington needing Ethics credits
Why Order
All attorneys want to please their clients. That desire reduces the willingness of counsel to say "no" to client requests, even when necessary. Concern over negative client reaction likewise discourages attorneys from properly advising clients of the adverse consequences of complying with a client's wishes. That unhealthy situation can easily grow into a poorly advised client who unknowingly demands unethical conduct. This two hour program will address when and how a client's requests must be rejected, explain the best ways to work with the needs of demanding clients, and explore the ethical alternatives available to both attorney and client. ~ Program Chair: Jerry A. Riedinger, Esq.
