Washington State Convention and Trade Center in Seattle, WA
- (This past program is available as a video homestudy, or you may purchase the written materials)
Who Should Order Homestudy
All attorneys needing to meet Ethics credit requirements.
Why Order
"Most Americans rely on e-mail, electronic documents; cell phones; the Internet; Extranets; PDAs, and other high tech devices to conduct business. Technology is necessary to serve clients, they provide ease, speed and convenience in the practice of law. But malpractice and ethical violations have never been easier. Ethical rules and legal precedent provide cold comfort to the Washington lawyer; there are no formal/informal opinions on point, and the ABA model rules and cases from other jurisdictions provide little guidance. In this two-hour ethics program we will illustrate exactly where you are vulnerable and how to avoid ethical violations using new technology." ~ Program Co-Chairs: Hillery L. Nye, Esq. of Steiner Norris PLLC, Seattle, WA, and Andrew Edmond, Internet Entrepreneur.
What You Will Learn
