Timothy P. Daniel, Program Co-Chair, is a Senior Vice President at NERA Economic Consulting. Prior to joining NERA, Dr. Daniel was Assistant Director for Antitrust at the Federal Trade Commission where he worked on numerous matters with an intellectual property component.
