The Columbia River is one of the Northwest's greatest natural and economic resources. It is under great scrutiny as a result of declining salmon and other species, power generation, increasing irrigation and navigation demands and ever expanding development. This conference brings together federal, state and tribal leaders along with regional authorities and major stakeholders who will offer constructive ideas about preserving the Columbia River.
