John P. Hutchins, Program Co-Chair, is a partner at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP where he practices in the area of commercial litigation, focusing specifically on technology issues. Walter H. Bush, Jr. is a partner with Arnall Golden Gregory LLP where he conducts a litigation and trial practice in a variety of areas including media and First Amendment matters, toxic tort and environmental law, telecommunications, transportation, medical malpractice and general business litigation. He recently served as lead trial counsel in a CERCLA cost recovery case where the court ruled an $18 million judgment in favor of his client.

David Dabbiere has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Manhattan Associates, Inc. since 1998. Prior to that time Mr. Dabbiere was employed by the Proctor & Gamble Co. as Associate General Counsel responsible for intellectual property matters.

Larry H. Kunin is a partner with Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP where he focuses on technology and computer litigation, intellectual property, corporate and commercial litigation. He is frequently sought as an author and speaker on the subject of technology law.

Eric J. Marandett, a member of Choate Hall & Stewart’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group and Litigation Department, focuses on IP matters with an emphasis on patent infringement litigation.
