She was appointed by the Governor to chair the states Land Use Study Commission.

He has been actively involved in developing the King County and Tri-County response to the recent 4(d) rule adopted by the National Marine Fisheries Service, and is helping develop revisions to King Countys critical areas regulations and shoreline master programs.
Michael Rossotto is Legal Program Director for the Washington Environmental Council. He served as lead counsel for the WEC in the appeal of the Skagit County agricultural buffer case, Swinomish Indian Tribal Community v. The Western Washington Growth Management Hearings Board. He has over fifteen years experience in water resources and fisheries issues in the Pacific Northwest. He was Director of Friends of the Earths Northwest Rivers Project and Executive Director of the Save Our Wild Salmon Coalition.
