The latest information on efforts
to resolve competing demands for water.
A B O U T T H E C O N F E R E N C E
The availability of water is a critical question, regardless of your perspective on our regions explosive growth and efforts to protect and restore salmon and other threatened or endangered species. Water law, until recently has seemed anachronistic, but not any more. This dynamic area of the law is rapidly moving to center stage. There is a lot happening; in the legislature, in the courts, and in the practical experiences of those who manage or strive to protect our precious water resources. This seminar will provide an overview for those who want the latest information about efforts to resolve competing demands for water throughout Washington state.
