Stephen M. Dorvee, Program Co-Chair, is a partner and Chair of the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group at Arnall Golden Gregory LLP. He has extensive experience in computer and Internet related litigation.

John P. Hutchins, Program Co-Chair, is a partner at Long Aldridge & Norman LLP where he practices in the area of commercial litigation, focusing specifically on technology issues. He has significant experience in litigating disputes arising from the use of information technology and intellectual property.

Bruce A. Abbott is a litigation partner at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, where he focuses his practice on complex business litigation with an emphasis on technology and intellectual property.

Angela L. Abel is a Director in the Atlanta office of DecisionQuest, Inc. where she develops and tests trial strategies for complex litigation. Her experience includes over 500 cases of diverse practice areas including intellectual property, product liability and contract litigation.

Evelyn A. Ashley is the founding member and current managing partner of Red Hot Law Group Ashley LLC, a boutique corporate and technology law firm. Ms. Ashley’s practice focuses on the representation of emerging technology companies with a particular focus on transactions that create, enhance, and sustain the value of those businesses.

Susan Bain is General Counsel for E3 Corporation. E3 leads the global community in advanced inventory management solutions.

David N. Baumann is a member at Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo, PC where he specializes in bandwidth trading, functional and business process outsourcing and the procurement of sophisticated hardware, software, systems and services. Mr. Baumann is also the Chief Technology Officer and a Principal of TechNexxus, LLC.

Susan M. Bowers is a Graphics Consultant for DecisionQuest, Inc.’s litigation graphics office. She has consulted with trial teams to create trial graphics for cases involving product liability and intellectual property.

J. David Dantzler, Jr. is a partner at Long Aldridge & Norman LLP where he has represented clients involved in litigation involving domain names, anonymous Internet publications and a broad array of issues regarding technology development, transfer, and protection.

Kenneth K. Dort is a partner at Gordon & Glickson LLC where he focuses on information technology and intellectual property law, particularly technology related issues such as software development and licensing and systems development and integration.

Richard L. Gabriel is a partner at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP where he concentrates his practice on general commercial litigation, copyright and trademark litigation, and products liability litigation, including appeals. He has substantial experience in the prosecution and defense of commercial contracts.

Randy Gainer is a partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP where he represents software companies, high technology manufacturers and buyers of software and high tech products in litigation. He represented the state of California against a contractor regarding a failed $100 million software development project.

Hilary Harp is a partner at Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy LLP where she concentrates in commercial litigation and corporate counseling with an emphasis on intellectual property and technology matters.

Bryan G. Harrison is a partner in the Technology and Intellectual Property Litigation Group at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP. He primarily advises clients on issues involving antitrust, copyright, trademark, computer system performance, and electronic commerce issues, as well as prosecuting and defending actions in which such issues arise.

Richard A. Horning is a partner and Chair of the Internet Practice Group at Tomlinson Zisko Morosoli & Maser LLP. He specializes in counseling Internet, high technology, and e-commerce companies in all stages of development. He has substantial experience in representing high technology companies in litigation and arbitration matters.

Daniel A. Kent is a partner at Kritzer & Levick, PC where he practices in the areas of intellectual property and general commercial litigation. He has successfully litigated a wide variety of disputes including patent, trademark, and copyright infringement and software development cases.

W. Michael McCracken is a Principal Research Scientist in the College of Computing at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is also the Director of the Center for Information Management Research and the Associate Director of the Software Research Center.

Denis T. Rice, a founding member of Howard, Rice, Nemerovski, Canady, Falk & Rabkin, PC, practices in a broad range of legal areas and has been listed in “Best Lawyers of America” both as a corporate lawyer and business litigator. Mr. Rice is the current Chair of the Committee on Cyberspace Law of the California State Bar.

Stephen Schaetzel joined Kilpatrick Stockton's Atlanta office as a partner in our Intellectual Property Practice Group. He has extensive experience in litigating intellectual property matters. Mr. Schaetzel has conducted trials before administrative, state and federal courts. He has served as lead trial counsel and as a special patent or trademark counsel, assisting other litigation counsel at trial. He has served as an expert witness in patent matters. Mr. Schaetzel is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Georgia Law School and teaches a class in patent law. He has served as a trial advocacy instructor at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy taught at the Emory Law School. He frequently lectures to both students and practitioners on a variety of subjects ranging from patent prosecution to trademark and copyright infringement. Mr. Schaetzel received his technical education in Industrial Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology and his legal education, at the University of Georgia.

Allen Shulman is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for CheckFree Corporation, where he is responsible for the management of legal affairs including contract, compliance, litigation, and corporate matters. Previously he was a litigation partner at Conklin & Adler.

Brigham R. Simmons is a Senior Forensic Technology Associate in KPMG LLP's Forensic and Litigation Services Practice. Mr. Simmons joined KPMG after a 27-year career with the Criminal Investigation Division of the IRS as a Computer Investigative Specialist and Financial Criminal Investigator.

Jonathan Soll is the Information Technology attorney for Georgia-Pacific Corporation. He is responsible for all IT legal matters for the entire corporation and its U.S. and international subsidiaries. Mr. Soll is a frequent author and speaker on IT legal issues.

Chelton D. Tanger is a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP based in Atlanta. He devotes the majority of his professional time to provid-ing business and financial advice to attorneys and their clients through-out the litigation process.
