This comprehensive conference addresses the unique aspects of information technology litigation from preliminary planning through presentation of the case. It provides the opportunity for attorneys and business executives to discuss cutting edge litigation strategies with our panel of national experts. It is also an important opportunity for dealmakers who want to obtain better outcomes by avoiding litigation. We start the conference with a discussion of the common failure points in IT agreements and conclude with a session on alternative dispute resolution. In addition to unique substantive issues, there are special ethical issues for lawyers involved in IT litigation. Both litigators and others involved in the case will benefit from our discussion of those unique parameters.
Program Co-Chairs: Stephen M. Dorvee, Esq. and John P. Hutchins, Esq.
