Tuition: Regular tuition for this program is $795 with a group rate of $750 each for two or more registrants from the same firm. For government employees, we offer a special rate of $715. For students and people in their job for less than a year, our rate is $397.50. All rates include admission to all seminar sessions, food and beverages at breaks, reception on Thursday, lunch on Friday and all course materials. Make checks payable to LAW SEMINARS INTERNATIONAL.

Continuing Education Credits: Our programs qualify for continuing CLE credits in all states with CLE requirements. This seminar is approved for the following states: WA: 14.75 CLE credits including one hour of ethics; OR: 15 CLE credits including one hour of ethics. We are a State Bar of California approved provider. For California Bar members, Law Seminars International certifies that this activity has been approved for MCLE credits by the State Bar of California in the amount of 14.25 general and one ethics credit hours. We are a pre-approved provider for the Alaska Bar Association and certify that this activity has been approved for 14.75 general, including one ethics, CLE credit hours. Substitution or Cancellation: You may substitute another person at any time. We will refund tuition, less a $50 cancellation charge, if we receive your cancellation by 5:00 p.m. Friday, October 13, 2000.

Seminar Location: The conference will be held at The Westin Hotel, 1900 Fifth Avenue, Seattle WA 98101. A block of sleeping rooms has been set aside at a special rate.
