Ronald F. Lopez, Program Co-Chair, is a partner with Thelen Reid & Priest, LLP, where his practice includes counseling and complex litigation, including Year 2000, banking, electronic commerce and other technology related issues. A member of the firm's Year 2000 team, Mr. Lopez is a frequent speaker on and e-commerce issues including business to business Internet billing and customer care.

Jeff Enyart is Director of Electronic Commerce for United Parcel Service, responsible for the marketing activities of electronic commerce solutions. In addition to putting technology in place, Mr. Enyart is aligning UPS' business processes and product offerings to put customers in the driver's seat.
