Cost

Regular tuition for this program is $995 with a group rate of $745 each for two or more registrants from the same firm. For government employees, we offer a special rate of $665. For students and people in their job for less than a year, our rate is $497.50. All rates include admission to all seminar sessions, food and beverages at breaks, and all course materials. Cancellation

There is a $25 cancellation fee for Course Materials orders and $50 for Homestudy orders

Jennifer Dunn Cobb, Program Co-Chair and partner at Jameson Babbitt Stites & Lombard PLLC, represents clients in real estate and business transactions, including sales and acquisitions, commercial development, financing and leasing, as well as the day-to-day representation of real estate and business clients. She has been named a Super Lawyer by Washington Law and Politics, one of America's Leading Lawyers for Business (Chambers USA) and one of Seattle's Best Lawyers by Seattle Metropolitan Magazine.

Christopher Osborn, Program Co-Chair, member, Foster Pepper PLLC, focuses on real estate transactions and dispute resolution. He is counsel to the Northwest Multiple Listing Service and the Commercial Brokers Association.

James Bach, Vice President, CBRE Capital Markets specializes in debt and equity finance, originates mortgages (construction, bridge, mezzanine and permanent) and equity opportunities for correspondent life insurance companies, banks, pension funds, conduits (CMBS), agency lenders (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA-HUD), and credit companies.

Gary W. Beem is co-founder and President of Northwest Commercial Mortgage. He currently sits on Principal Global Investors Debt Advisory board and has been active on local civic committees.

Jim Bowles, CBRE's Senior Managing Director for the greater Puget Sound leads a team of more then 600 professionals who deliver the full range of real estate services to owners and users of commercial real estate.

Christopher I. Brain, co-founder, Tousley Brain Stephens PLLC, focuses on complex real property, commercial and class action litigation. He is named a "Super Lawyer" by Washington Law & Politics and one of the 100 Best Lawyers in Washington by Seattle Metropolitan Magazine.

He was the primary underwriter for the Washington State Convention and Trade Center, the Pike Place Market, and the Washington Mutual/Seattle Art Museum condominium tower.

Athena M. Kennedy, Van Ness Feldman GordonDerr, advises public and private clients on transactional and regulatory issues often associated with renewable energy facilities. She has conducted due diligence, real property, and regulatory review for transactions involving renewable energy projects, and also advises clients on compliance with a host of regulatory issues concerning a variety of clean tech and clean energy activities, including nuclear projects.

Thomas J.
