Wireless Broadband Developments
Legal, business, and regulatory issues in the wireless ecosystem

(For this past program, we offer two options for purchase: a Homestudy (DVD and written materials) or written materials alone.)

November 14 & 15, 2011
John Davis Conference Center in Seattle, WA

Who Should Order This Homestudy

Attorneys, industry executives, regulatory and governmental officials and others involved with new wireless and mobile communication services

Why You Should Order

The wireless ecosystem now offers customers a full range of communications and information services, ranging from traditional voice and messaging to Internet browsing, video, specialized content, location-based applications, and mobile wallets.

Every day new legal and regulatory issues arise from a continuing proliferation of devices and services. Attorneys working with clients in the wireless industry need to understand how spectrum is being used, how to navigate contending IP claims, how to negotiate deals between applications developers, carriers and device manufacturers, and how to address consumer user concerns that now extend beyond basic consumer protection matters to issues of privacy and security.

This is your chance to interact with and learn from transactional, litigation, and regulatory lawyers, as well as investment bankers, investors and industry executives and consultants, as they address the legal, business and regulatory issues of this rapidly expanding industry.
