Why Order

Data privacy is one of the big compliance issues of 2010. New regulations in Europe and the US make data privacy issues a real challenge for any corporation doing business internationally--and their advisors. The penalties are getting tougher too--fines of more than $1.5m have been levied and lawyers have been charged with criminal offences for data issues.

In this one-hour TeleBriefing, a panel of distinguished experts, including the head of GE's privacy program and leading lawyers from Europe and the US, will address recent and anticipated legal changes and look at the current compliance landscape in Europe and the US.

Call in from anywhere to learn about the new regime and what it means for multinationals.
