Richard A. Kanoff, Program Co-Chair, of counsel with Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo P.C., focuses on energy-clean technology law including regulatory policy and litigation, permitting and development

The Hon. Paul I. Hibbard, Chairman of The Department of Public Utilities, has both public and private sector experience in energy and environmental technologies, economics, market structures, and policy.

The Hon. Sharon M. Reishus, Chairman of Maine Public Utilities Commission, was Director of North American Power at Cambridge Energy Research Associates, staff analyst at the MPUC and supply planner at Central Maine Power.
