Robert D. Anderson, Program Co-Chair, director at Fennemore Craig, P.C. and Chair of the Renewable Energy Group, practices in environmental, natural resources and water law and focuses on assured water supply, Groundwater Code compliance water quality, wetlands, endangered species, and cultural resources. He is listed in Best Lawyers and Chambers USA.

Jeffrey W. Crockett, Program Co-Chair, partner at Snell & Wilmer L.L.P., focuses on public utilities regulation, water rights, and planning, development and construction of utility infrastructure for master planned developments, with emphasis in telecommunications law and renewable energy. The Hon. Marc Spitzer, Special Address, Commissioner at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), focuses on supplies of electricity and natural gas, wholesale energy markets and transmission systems. Previously, he was Chairman of the Arizona Corporation Commission.
