(For this past program, we offer two options for purchase: a Homestudy (DVD and written materials) or written materials alone.)
Attorneys, industry executives, governmental officials and customer representatives involved with electric energy issues
For thirteen years this conference has been the paramount annual gathering of leading energy attorneys, industry executives, governmental officials, consultants and large industrial consumers. Once again, we have assembled influential key players to update their peers on the economic and political landscape for energy markets and resource development. There are critical changes on the horizon and uncertainty pervades everything. What can we expect from the new administration? What's happening with Bonneville? What are the recent developments in state and federal resource policy? How can we integrate wind and other renewables?
The conference addresses today's hot topics including new generating technologies, the prospects for nuclear power, natural gas fuel supplies, financing utilities and debt-to-build, risk management and hedging with power purchase contracts.
Our distinguished faculty will provide energy professionals at all levels of the industry with the latest information on the ever-changing legal and policy framework for energy regulation, infrastructure and markets.
