"Patent Claim Construction" is an intensive one-day seminar covering today's key issues in claim construction, including a case law overview and update, recent developments from the Federal Circuit, litigation strategies, effective appellate advocacy, and other pertinent issues.

John M. Bowler, partner at Troutman Sanders LLP, has experience in IP litigation with a primary focus on patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret and unfair competition matters. He has tried patent cases to juries and argued and obtained affirmance on appeal before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
Marcus Delgado is Chief IP Counsel for Cox Communications. He handles all IP counseling, licensing, and litigation matters for the company. Prior to joining Cox, he was Chief Patent Counsel at BellSouth. He is a graduate of Boston University (B.A., Physics) and UCLA School of Law.
